96-00 Civic and AEM ITR CAI?

Does anyone know the best posible way to install a AEM ITR CAI on 96-00 Civic coupe wit GSR motor and Skunk2 mani?. Any pics would help to

not a option now and i dont think that would woke cause like i said, I have a skunk2 manifold. I already have the ITR intake so im not going to buy another one. It will fit but i just need to intructions from others who have done it so i dont fo beating it up
