ya i know i want OE honda. but i wanna know if they actually use OEM or if its "Similar qaulity" lol cause they say its OEM but i havent gotten a definate answer from them
Honda doesn't make those parts. They are made by Aisin I believe, at any rate. Anyone with a Worldpac account can get them. they are identical, same badging and stamps as they are the same, just no Honda box. I don't know what Prostreet is carrying but you can get "aftermarket OEM" in some cases if you know what to look for. It's about half the price to. Some time ago most of the manufacturers that produce products for OEM started bringing their wares directly to the US. Nissin, Daikin, Aisin, Koyo, etc..... If you can get these products do so, as you are only paying the extra 20-100 bucks for the Honda box.
I order a battery box from Prostreet and got the cheap one instead of the polished aluminum I order. I called them up and they told me to send it back with a receipt in the box for the shipping. I did so and got the right box within a week. Then a couple weeks later I got the return shipping money refunded.
So Prostreet Online gets a
from me.
