Ok I need new ones and might as well replace the wires too. I found this set on ebay and another one with platinum. For a 10 dollar difference is it worth getting the iridium?
Here they are:

Meh to me platinum and iridium plugs are never worth the price on a car that's as easy to change plugs as an Integra.
I have always used NGK copper plugs (copper = best electrical conductor), and just change them out about every 10K-15K miles. It only takes 5 minutes to change them, so it's no big deal. Not to mention a set is only about $8. Hard to go wrong with that, IMHO.
Go to NAPA and ask for a set of four BKR6E-11 plugs.
I also run NGK wires, about $35 from Nopi, I think is where I got them.

You have a GS-R with only 40K on it? dang I woulda gone like 120K by now
But the stock plugs are platinums, so should be good till at least 60K unless you're boosting or something. Just check the maintenance schedule in the owners' manual.
