Exhuast trouble
i am running a tanabe super medallion racing with a high flow cat and its way too loud. i cant drive for more than 2 miles without my ears bleeding.
would a stock sh axelback bolt up to the tanabe? if so, how much power do u think i would lose?

dont get me wrong, the exhuast sounds incredible. its deafening at around 4k, so imagine what its like hitting vtec and going to redline.
i wish i could keep it, but it seems to attract the wrong kind of attention, which is pretty bad in northern va. the problem with changing just the muffler is that the tanabe has an angle right before the muffler, so some fabrication would be necessary for another muffler to be put on. i would also consider keeping the tanabe for track days, so i dont wanna cut the piping.
i just think a stock axel back would be very discreet.
