Can a Jdm B16II obd1 wiring harness work in a Usdm obd1 car???????

Im getting ready to buy a Jdm B16II which is obd 1. Im putting it in a 92 hatch which i also know is obd1. I wanna know can i use the jdm engine wiring harness that is coming with the car or will i have to find a usdm obd1 wiring harness for a B16II (if there is a such thing). if i can use the jdm wiring harness will it have to be modified. In case it help i already have my ecu it is a Katman chipped p28. Also is the B16II the same as the D16z6 i dont think so but i saw someone in the classifieds selling a harmess and it said it was from a Dohc? Please help i've searched to find no answers.

i used a d16z6 wiring harness from my sohc vtec engine for my gsr swap that i did to my car about three months ago and it worked out fine without any modification. have fun with your swap and you will need a integra rear tranny bracket
I've used the JDM harness before, but I had to cut the wire loom off of it and rearrange it to fit the US engine bay. I did end up wrapping it back up with electrical tape though. It's usually less drama to use a Z6 harness though.
