Default PROBLEM!! IAB WIRE UP?? different explanations all over h-t! SOMEONE HELP!

ok i just swapped in my gsr motor into my hatch and i was searching on h-t on how to wire up the secondary butterfly aka iab solenoid. so i search on ht and i read up on a bunch of different explanations that contradicts one and other. one guy says pink/blue to 12volt and black to A17 and another says pink/blue to a17 and black to ground and another says pink/blue to a17 and black to a25 and some other guy says to switch a17 and a20 and thats it. also i read about people with a black/yellow wire but my wire is just black.

so im lost and confuse, searching just makes me more lost so im just goin to ask what is the REAL correct way of wiring up the iab.

my set up is
93 civic cx
95 gsr motor with obd 2 gsr harness plugged into the cx car harness
obd 1 p72

someone please help me, im totally lost and unsure on what to do and dont feel like trial and error and *** **** up

also i am throwing NO engine codes

This is what you do. You should have your 2P plug, doesnt matter the color but the plug thats originaly use is a yel/blk and pink/blue wire plug.

The part that your press on to take the plug off the sensor is up and the part with the line in it is down.

Up = Pink Blue
Down = Yel/Blk

Are you with me so far?

Ok, up goes to the ecu, Down goes to any 12volt source (i would tap it off the injectors, but thats me). On the ecu you have to tap A17.

The A26 (its not 25) they talk about is to check it. A26 is a ground wire. So you check by using your volt. meter - in A26 and + in A17. On the helms it says pink/blue is - so theyll think - = - but it doesnt. - = + . Confusing i know but easy really

so basically, pink/blue connects to A17 and yel/black i can connect it with A25 because A25 is an ignition power source which the wire is also yellow/black. can anyone else confirm this, not sayin that ur wrong ur anything, just makes me more confident if someone else can agree on this.

Oh i see what they mean. Ok Your going to need to tap it. Dont cut and resolder because then your fucked with other things thats off it. i would just T it off the injector wires, but to each their own.

A20 is Evap. And yes its power and signal to that sensor.
