ya its legal, the *** ricers that run around with yellow headlights, those are illegal, only fogs can be yellow

Yellow foglights = Legal
Driving lights = Fog lights
(except for light color, placement, & housing design)
Non-white headlights = Illegal
Most of the towns around me have created $15-$25 "colored headlight" city ordinances that allow them to deprive riceboys of their obviously unneeded cash. Even in those towns you wouldn't get nailed for yellow fogs.

The yellow OEM yellow lights are not really yellow. It is just part of the light spectrum that looks yellow to our eyes.
