need radio serial number for acura integra LS 1996
Installed a new battery and radio needs the code! I called the dealership and the guy said he needs serial number as it is an old car (1996). Tried #1, #6 button method, didn't work. I have the original manual and some paper work but I don't see the serial number or the code anywhere. Dealership guy said they charge $100 for removing the radio just to find out the serial number.
I have the VIN, engine serial number etc. Is there a way to get the radio serial number without actually removing it? I wonder why the serial number isn't printed outside in a visible place.
Any help is very much appreciated.

Call honda dealership, they should hook you up.
