Any information woud be appreciated. I am new here, and i have problems with a sticking clutch pedal in a 94 civic vx. Not sure why, but it just like drops to the floor sometimes when pushed down very lightly then goes on it's own. and it tends to be when it is hot out. usually pumping it brings it back to normal. It has plenty of clutch fluid, and not sure what it could be, or how to fix. PLEASE HELP!

 

might be a long shot -- i'm rahter new with trannies... buuuuut i dont think theres much there to go wrong...

try bleeding it?

 

sounds like your clutch return spring to me

 

that sounds like a good thought, i dont really know, but maybe it could be stretched out.?

 

to bleed it should i drain it, and just start all over?

 

I deffinately think that the spring does need a change. how hard is it to do?
