ok so my CEL came on couple days ago when car didnt wanna start but after i tinkered with it fora while it started up. so now it starts up just fine 95 % of the time and when it doesnt wanna start it will take me bout five minutes. its throwin a code 7 and 16 which is Throttle Position sensor and bad fuel injector, the fuel injector doesnt bother me but the tps does b.c i unplugged it and plugged it back in and even used another tps sensor and code still came on so its the TPS code caused by the fuel injector code? and if not what would it be.

if you look in the faq sticky and then find cel codes theres pictures from a helms book to tell you how to check it all. i dont see why the bad fuel injector would make you throw a code for tps but i bet thats why your car wont start some times.

 

did you reset the ecu after plugging in the other tps?? i had a code 7, bought a use tps off ebay for 20 bucks, problem solved
