like the topic says. Guy claims its an Si trans. IT HAS the L3 stamp and then it says 3000 under it. Looks like this:

The following is something I have read:

check where the axles goes in thru the pass side
by the hole there a stamp...
like a circle.. on the top side it says PL3
on the bottom it will say

Si = 1000, 3000, 9000
DX or lower model = A100 , A300, A900, A000

hahaha. /\ The man who put an end to my 4 month quest trying to find a god damn Si trans for my CRX. thanks man! Considering i havnt seen you in like 3-4 years untill i decided out the clear blue to show up at Battle, lol good times.

After i got scammed once from some stupid *** from Ebay once on a Si trans...

this topic has been covered at least a million times. **** the thread i made a year ago about a scammer trying to scame me with a dx tranny was like 10 pages long...
