sup guys just wondering how many of u guys got rips in there si seats. also has any of u guys got there seats re-stuffed and upolstered? pics if u have. thanks in adavance.

 

i have 2 rips in my driver side SI seats.. but no i dont or didnt have them re-upholstered or re-stuffed.. dont really plan on it..

i think pretty much everyone who posts in the ef forums has ripped si seats. and those who dont paid a fortune for nice ones, or had them recovered. i have never(!) seen unripped si seats.. im sure there are a few pics floating around but.. even the really clean cars that are using si seats still have rips in them.

Is this just an si thing, cuz both of my dx seats are ripped where the seatbelt comes aross.

 

has anyone had theres reupoltered and stuffed. cuz mynes not rippep its just rip at the stiching so i think its still possible to restore them.

 

well i wouldnt buy unripped ones, just like i wouldnt buy a thermostat thingy cuz because of its age and or design they have all pretty much broke already and if not will break soon.

 

i had a rip, but i fixed it with some fabric i got from another Si seat that was really messed up. Nobody could tell i fixed it, but it took a while sowing(not sure if i spelled it right)

I had a nice size rip on my std's vinyl seat in the common area on the driver side seat... I just bought some clean, non-torn Si's and replaced them...
and from what Ive heard depending on the seats... recaro has discontinued some of the fabrics.. anyone else heard this?!
but I think you can order the foam (stuffing) stuff from honda still

 

sure do just on the driver side though. You can always get a set of si seats and the passenger side be in immaculate condition and always get a driver side that is always tore

 

my si hb seats are mint no tears or holes at all must be a nice original owner because my crx si seats ripped ... to old people

 

lucky basterd thats rare to not have a tear on ur seats. i love si seats but the tear giving me second thoughts about keeping them or selling em. if i were to replave my seats id prolly get the recaro seats that look like the JDM type R seats. anyone got pics of those seats in a rex?

are those seats reupolstered? i wonder if u can get it reupolstered and stuffed similar to OEM. dat be tight. youd have brandnew seats.

 

but im thinking of sewing it back up. i mean it cant get any worse if i do sew it up

 

damn man those seat R EFed up. damn my seats are just hella soggy the stuffing is bad and its ripped at the stitching i gues im pretty lucky that its not ripped up like urs
