So when i start my car my idle will be around 2000 rpm's and will dip to 1000, within seconds it will rise up to 2000 and drop back down...

i have a b 16, i sea foam'ed my car to try to solve this issue cuz i know seafoam helps with stabilizing idles, and i also tried switching ECU's and I'm still getting the same issues..... i don't think its my iacv, just cuz the sea foam should of cleaned the stuff up

Did you check your vacuum lines for any leaks?

does the b16 have a FITV valve (coolant line passing through it under throttle body)?

can't remember... if it does, screw the plunger in

also, check coolant for bubbles, vacuum leaks, etc.
