Default Erratic Idle woes...please take a look.

First off i have a 90 hatch with a first gen B16 in it. My ecu was throwing a code 1 (bad o2 sensor) and was causing my car to idle pretty low....400-600 rpm, so i decided to change both sensors and put in new ones. As soon as i replaced both sensors, i disconnected my ECU to give it a chance to reset itself. After about a half hour or so i started the car back up now it idles like crap. The rpm's jump from 800 to 1600 or so when warmed up. I tried adjusting the ignition timing as well as checking my IACV and my FITV as well. Both look good. Sounds like a vaccuum leak but i'm all out of ideas since all the hoses seem to be connected properly. Almost seems like it's still trying to overcompensate for bad o2 sensors?Besides the idle problem the car runs better than ever. Any imput is appreciated. Thanks for looking.
