Hey you guys i've just dropped in my b20vtec into my hatch over the weekend. when i went to start up the car alls it does is crank, but no spark to start it? anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?

i would search the topic but the damn search aint working...or is it just me?

 

make sure that all your grounds are hooked up. especially the one on thermostat housing.

make sure you have no CEL or anything that would stop the ecu drom firing your car.

Ignitor inside the dizzy could be shot. VERY common, i go through about 2-3 a summer in my b20vtec. If not that then check coil.
