Default need a zc in cali

where can i go to buy a reliable zc in or around riverside ca? can anyone tell me exactly what i need. i have a 1989 crx hf im gonna keep my stock tranny. i have an intake, headers, and as soon as i get the engine in im gonna get 2 inch piping all the way back. i know im gonna have to port the headers a little but am i only gonna need the engine and ecu? im also thinking of getting a new clutch.

tanks i found guit-guit on ebay i get paid tomorrow so i'll register on e bay on wednesday and buy it. if he lives in fontana i can go pick it up so i wont have to pay shipping. but what else would i need. i dont have to worry about wiring because my friend is going to do that for me.

if you get the dohc zc you cant smog it in cali anymore they wont even test it... unless you have the hook up. oh and your gonna wanna get a new tranny as well, unless your gonna boost it then your loooonnnnggggg hf gears will have time to build boost

yeah, you're definately gonna want a new tranny. i have a sohc zc with an ex tranny, way better gears. its not worth doing the swap if you're gonna keep the hf tranny, won't be that big a difference at all man

i do plan on boosting it. im gonna swap the engine now then im gonna put a mitsubishi turbo in 2 or 3 months. i know what you mean my brother has a 90hatch with a zc and a stock tranny and his car pulls at the top of the gears only.

about the intake my bro had it sitting around and he was too lazy to put it in his hatch so i was bored one day and put in in mine.
