Default Know A Lot about EF's? Need Your Help.

Well I plan on buying lots of parts over the winter for my EF (It's going to the body shop in the spring). Need some suggestions.
My car is a 1990 Honda Civic DX
Plans:
1. Motor Swap (Non-Expensive, and decent) = I think a ZC would be easiest and decent price. Put in your suggestions. (Part List I would need would be good)
2. Upgrading Front Brakes: Suggestions
3. Upgrading Front Lights (Stock Headlights suck for light)
4. Interior: SI Seats, Racing Steering Wheel, Short Shifter
5. Rims: I want some Rota Slipstreams but Suggestions Under 600$USD
6. Suspension: Suggestions.

1. Dohc zc..Mpfi conversion..zc ecu..decent clutch..
2. 90-93 integra brakes all around
3. Get a hid system from the new cars..(maxima,acura,lexus,etc)
4.
5. I like buddy club p1 wheels in white or bronze..Ive seen them go for Around $110 each..or wheels from centerline..Or even some stock 90-91 crx si wheels..Rotas are nice to but every honda I see has them..
6. If its a street car/daily driver you should think about some adjustable shocks with some lowering springs..Stay away from coilover sleeves if you a semi decent ride..

Thats my .02

I can get a good HID Kit for 330$ From a Buddy who owns a shop that could be an option.

For the Suspension, I wouldn't put coils on a car again. I am thinking good Shocks with 1.6inch drop. It's going to be a daily driver and winter driven so I don't want it to low.
