My name is Andreas and i am from Cyprus,
Friday i bought a cbr 600 f2 2002 model.
I have to admit that this bike is my first street bike, i had Eduro before.
And also i have to admit that i afraid a little lol, i dont know why.
I start with the basic practice , i dont go to a main road yet because i dont feel ready. I am in my neiberhood and taking practice!
I have problem with the turns, i am taking the turns very slow, any tip to help me? or other tips?
I am getting much better from friday and i realise that eduro its a bicycle and very easy lol.
But i felt really in love with my cbr 600, i cant stop riding and i am trying to over my fiar.

Lol, I was thinking the exact same thing.

 

Are there any types of rider education in your area? These are great for confidence building. Aside from that, keep going slow as you have been, and the more miles you put on, the more comfortable you will be.

 

MIght wanna check up on that 2002 CBR F2 of yours. I dont think it exists.
As for taking turns.. try counter balancing. if you're making a tight right turn, move your body to the left of the seat and keep your head turned in the way you want to go.

Not sure if it matters but he is in Cyprus. Model numbers may very.

But in my papers writes honda cbr 600 f2 2002.

 

Sure it's not a CB600F2 (without the 'R') aka the Hornet? If it has no fairings and you can see the engine, that would be the CB600, if it is a fully faired sportbike, that would be a CBR600. But in '02 the only CBR600 was the F4i, two generations after the F2

 

It is a fully faired sportbike, but the mystery its about the F thing, in my papers from goverment writes 2002 model, so maybe you are right and its f4.
I have to learn to take brakes with my 2 fingers because when the road its up (i dont know the word in english lol)and i am stop i have problem to control the bike and the bike goes back and the result its that the engine stops!
I need practice, lot of practice and after burn the road!
Everything its a habbit i think i will learn.

No we dont have anything like this, only for cars.
And here if you have a car licence you allow to ride a bike.
But, we need special licence if we want to care a second person on the bike.You go to the licence center and there you are riding with the supervisor to give you the licence for 2 person on the bike, but if you ride the bike alone its no need for nothing.
