Take a measuring tape and measure the height of both. My 13" steelies have tall tires, so they're the same height as my 15's. The 13's, however, have a much smaller contact patch so I would run them in the back.

In your case, I would use the 15's in the front and 13's on the back, unless you have some oddball slicks for those 13" rims

track?

scca?

autocross?

drag racing?

other?

each will give you a different answer. for drag racing, you want slicks with soft sidewalls, but those won't corner. for autocrossing, it's just the opposite.

i'd say run 14's than 13's.. you dont want to spin the wheel too much now

You got slicks on there?

I spin my 15" wheels with 205 tires through 3 gears if I'm not careful, but then I have torque.
