Would these slicks work ok?
I got some 13x5" VX wheels that depserately are in need of some sticky track tires. I came across some 23/7/13 goodyear slicks for a decent price. It says they are for circle track racing but will they work good for 1/4 mile runs? The tires aren't too wide are they? Do you guys think its worth the money? Heres the link-

i think the VX rims are a little too skinny...
7in wide is prolly about what the 205's are...
isnt the vx's 185's?

its not the size that matters with your choice. its the compound of the tires. these arent the same compound as real drag slicks.. so you may not get the results you are expecting.
especially its circle track use.. those most likely have a harder compound since they have to last quite a while on continous driving.
