Default tire size help

i posted this in the appearance forum but no help there. so im hoping for some here.
im looking for a 225/45/16 profile and a 205/45/16 profile. preferably pictures of the profiles on an EJ but any car would work i guess. if not pictures then opinions and advice would be good as well.
my car is currently on 205/40/16 and given then my car is slammed down on skunks & agx's what do you guys think a better profile/size would be? i made the bad choice of getting a thin tire the first time so i would like to correct it this time around. i would still like to run a low stance also.
thanx for any help that is given.

If you have 16" wheels, then 205/45-16.
