Ok I was driving the other day and the car smelled like it was running lean. Then a few minutes later as Im about a block from my house the oil light comes on. So Im thinking I must be low on oil or something. So I go inside and get a few quarts of oil and come back out side and open the hood and the whole engine bay is covered in oil.
Here is a link to ohiohondas where there are some pics and my shitty *** diagram.

That is looking at the engine from the driver side of the engine bay. You can see where the problem looks. The brass looking thing looks like it just popped out some how.
Its the left things between the cams and the crank. There are two of them and I don't know what either of them are. Can someone first tell me what it is and then tell me how to fix it. If its and expensive fix I'll just do it myself but if its just a few bucks to fix whatever is wrong Ill just tow it to honda. Another person and I think it might be the oil pump since all of my oil squirt out of there in probably 30 seconds. Thanks.

I just popped the seal back in and filled it up with oil and the car is running fine now. Except for a woosh woosh sound comming from the belts. They are covered in oil and I heard that that is a "bad" thing since they could be ruined from that.
