The general consensus that I've read is that the stock exhaust is designed quite well. Someone put up dyno numbers running with the cat back section attached and without and the numbers were the same. So I don't think you can really improve on the stock exhaust much. The only thing I'm going to do is get a RSX midpipe which is a larger diameter than the EP3 (1.75" vs. 2.0" or 2.25")

stock exhaust is tiny, I realized that when I put on my Magnaflow (which is only 2.25"). I'd personally go with T1R, Fujitsubo, or Buddy Club in that order. Otherwise Magnaflow is nice if you want to look stockish and sound clean.

Everyone always forgets about this thread:

https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-rsx-dc5-honda-civic-ep3-32/factory-ep-muffler-flows-just-fine-trust-me-520542/

Which is in the FAQ, BTW.

Why replace a perfectly good muffler? Just do the B-pipe. This is especially true for those in Cali. You're asking for trouble when you put an obnoxious exhaust on your car.

Magnaflow. Looks pretty similar to stock but a little nicer. Sounds great. And they claim like 6HP and 6 ft lbs. Haha. Check out the clips on youtube!

No one believes that Magnaflow is the shiznit! I love having a really stock look too... Dual tips. The single tip cannon just doesn't flow right in my opinion.
