you gotta watch...cuz it all depends on the wheel style.
Depending on the inner lip thickness it might or might not.
I had a set of 14's on my crx and they wouldnt fit on my teg.

I had 02' Si wheels on my teg.

13" Lenso's fit (I have them).
14" from a first gen Integra also fit. I use them for winter wheels.
Steelies may not fit as the wheel might not be stamped correctly. You could also find four spares at the junkyard. That would work also.

Don't grind down your calipers!! If you must use such small wheels, use some wheel spacers to enable them to clear. I don't think a 13" wheel will clear at all, but, some 14" wheels can clear with the use of a small wheel spacer.

the 13" steelies i had stock on my cx fit in the back of my best friends old gsr , but the front brake was to big, id say at least 14" maybe,
i believe the 13's VX's from an EG actually clear those breaks, the smallest i would advise would be the 14 HX's tho! gl

Very few 13's will fit, except the Lensos mentioned, and some that are very low offset, like some 13x8 wheels that I've seen autox nuts run on Integras. They do it to be able to run a wider wheel and tire w/o having to mod the fenders (not allowed in certain classes), since it gives enough fender clearance so that the tires don't scrape.
