ef headlights

what after market headlights would look the best on my 90 si?

Well there are projector style headlights, but I think they look like crap plus heard their lighing is worse, as far as tail lights you can go JDM which is almost the same as your 90 ones just have wrap around turn signals and the center garnish says CR-X. In my opinion I would say stock up front with JDM tails. But do you.
