Will removing the top half of the air box cause a shitload of damage. i mean there will be a big opening now in the intake.

just checking b4 i screwed with this car....used to integra's...feels wierd to be in the civic world...

now removing the resonator is a different story correct?

 

is it s Y7 or a Y8? If it is a Y7 then you can remove the top part of the air box and secure the filter to the bottom half of the box and be fine. I did this, no real power gain though

but when you are at WOT it sounds like you have a turbo

Yes. I have a teg and civics are not that different. It's funny cause my stock Z6 in my civic can beat my 91 teg...it just ain't right .
