quick question. plz help

Default quick question. plz help

im new so i need to know if i swap a h22a into a eg civic will it be more reliable and more fast then a b18c1 in a eg? and i saw that b18c's bolt right in so thats easier but i saw a video of someone put a h22 in a ek civic and it looked fast and easy, so which ones better? and dont flame just cuz this question probably comes up alot.....

Completely depends on the the condition of the engine. In stock form, neither will be more reliable than the other. And yes, of course a stock h22 into an "eg" will be faster than a stock b18c1 into an "eg". Why wouldn't it, it has more torque and horsepower. and there are just too many ways of answering which is better. It's all about what you consider "better"; price, pure stock hp and tq, ease of swap, reaction to light modifications (like basic bolt-ons), reaction to major modifications (forced induction or all motor build).
