5th grinds
theres TSB out the *** fo rthis problem , its very common in the h and f trannies , its a missalignment in the 5th gear shift fork , contact honda , some will do a goodwill repair under warrenty

Yeah i was gonna say the same thing.
its not syncros....its somethign hond has known about for years and has posted fixes to to all their dealers as well as honda repair shops that participate in honda programs.

the service manager may agree to do the repair at no charge. it usually helps when asking for a goodwill repair to be a regular custoemr of the service department and have purchased the car at that dealer though.

So basicly its up to them then if they want to do it for free ? Or do you still have to pay labor or somethin? Because i dont wana pay for something that was not manufactured correctly.
If you haven't already, try bleeding the clutch system. My lude did the same thing. After i bled it the grind went away. Also you may want to try some synchromesh. This is a controversial topic on HT but ive had it im my tranny for about 15k miles and haven't had any grinding problems.
