Was woundering if the oem itr side skirts will fit on a 4 door? if not does anyone make some that do? And if the 98-01 rear valances will fit on a 4 door as well?
Does the itr lip for a 98+ just go right underneath the front bumper? And urethane is better then ABS plastic correct??

the 2dr itr skirt wonts work on a 4dr.
i saw some on ebay that were custom made for a 4dr but kind of funny looking. not sure about the rear valances cuz i know 4dr bumpers are a littler diff than 2dr's.
the 98+ ITR oem lip goes over the lower portion of the bumper not underneath. urethane is better than abs.

OEM ITR side skirts are the same as any other 2 door side skirts. And no.

i know you're asking about the 98+ but i just wanted to let ya know that the 97 ITR OE lip has more of a underneath look to it so maybe that's what you were thinking of?

They fit all 2 door models. Now....the rears may work ( not too sure ), and I know the lip will go on. The sideskirts ( as already said ) will not go on. Someone mentioned that there are replicas made for the 4 doors, but those are in fiberglass. If you don't mind that....then...go for it

 

It's referred to as the OEM OPTIONAL KIT, NOT OEM TYPE R KIT. Yeah i know with a type r lip, but it's referred to at the OPTIONAL KIT.

Thank you very much dFreezy. But while we're on subject let's get this straight..to prevent confusion.

Oem skirts: Just oem, came on any normal gen 3 teg. They came unpainted in black, i painted mine obviously.


OEM ITR skirts: Came on any stock itr, but these are about half an inch longer then OEM skirts plus they were painted from the factory. That's the only difference compared to OEM


OEM OPTIONAL: Sits a little lower then the OEM or OEM ITR skirts at the front near the front tires. They curve upward very little, continue straight and flare out at the end, with the extra piece covering the panel. These only came for 2 dr. Ebay sold some that were customzied for 4 drs.

so is there a difference in the rear bumper on a 2 dr and 4 dr?? 98+ of course.
looking at the last pic my bumper looks exactly the same?

 

What kind of paint did you use? Ive been wanting to do mine with Krylon Plastic paint but Want something thats gonna match my paint.

Also there are bumps all over them did you sand them smooth or just paint away?\
Not actually bumps more like texture from factory.

 

ya i saw some pretty good looking oem optional sides and valences for a 4 door on ebay, but itll cost ya

 

mystical's car is freaking sick! check the classifieds here there was a couple of sellers not to long ago.
