i got my itr replica lip from street styler today with no instructions. to put this on i have to take off my oem lip right i cant just put it on top? so i tried taking off the old lip but it is hard as hell but if i know i have to take it off ill do it. and where do i put the screws i already got the heacy duty double tape i just need some quick instructions please, search is unavailable.

or should i just get a professional shop put it on?

 

seriously whoever had a front lip diy experience howd you reach under to un screw the bolts without taking off your front bumper

 

what year ITR replica lip is it?

if it's 94-97 you slap the lip right on top of the lower lip section of the 94-97 bumper.

if it's a 98+, there is no oem lip, just put it on over the lower portion of ur bumper

 

94-97, i dont get how it would fit on top of it cause the bottom lip section of the car is pretty wide already, and where do i put the screws.

 

are you sure is an ITR lip?

if it is, all you need to do is slap it on top.

if its a mugen or wings west kit, then yes, u have to take out the bumper and remove the screws.

It only mounts about 1/4 " above the black portion.

 

i dont get what you mean by slapping it on. its like

driver side, center, passenger side

and i can only pick 2.

are there suppose to be hinges or something cause otherwise i dont see how the top portion can stretch to reach the bottom, i cant explain im gonna go look for pictures with itr lips hopefully it helps

 

damn it i think street styler sent me some fucked up lip cause i was looking around at other lips and they dont have this extra peice on top thats on mine, even on the street styler site their picture doesnt have it.. good thing i got a comptech one coming in
