Don't think nos would work on that. The thing that gets me, is that is thrust powered. I'd rather have the turbin connected to the drive shaft (like a helicopter, or turbine jet). Now that would not only haul *** but it would actually have to torque.

I guess the silliest part of this, is the the 125cc class karts can run 120mph or so depending on gearing(My friend bought and sold his 250cc after a 60mph run in first gear, said it scared him)... I have never tracked a race kart, but have gone 70 or so mph in a football stadium parking lot on a 125cc kart... fun as hell. Got to like a kart the can scratch 3rd gear on slicks with an extra 245lbs in it... However, the jet would definitely get the show/sound effect points...
