ok i just picked up a 91 hatch and wanted to take it through emissions before i try to get it registered. it has a sugeing idle but ihad no idea that it doesn't just do it idleing. they get it on the dyno and the guy said it wouldn't hold 25mph! after i get home it was throwing a code for injection system but the light has cel has not came backon. any idea what could be the problem? thanks in advance and sorry for the stupid story.
