Default Weight

Hey guys. This past summer I bought my first car-- a 1990 Honda Civic Hatch--made in Canada. I was wondering what the weight distribution is for this car. I was thinking about gutting the interior or at least some of it to get some benefits. (faster acceleration, etc..) I'd appreciate it.

You are not going to save but minimal weight and then your car will be super loud. I would say leave it in you not going to pick up ANY speed.

Seriously, it's cool for about a week, then it sucks. Todd (CRX Toad) and I cut a CRX in half, and I think it got slower...

i would say dont do it on a daily driver but for a weekend car i would do it i have a fully gutted hatch and it is loud as hell but i rarely drive it. and it does make a difference.

yea if its a DD i deff wouldnt do it. like crxs are loud enough. but like e jay said if its just a weekend whip. then go for it.

Bh you guys are a bunch of wusses . I went gutted interior for a long time, and I still have the rear of it stripped. I might put my Si interior in it now that its fall. Taking it out DID make a difference at the track too.
