gsr cams vs b16

Default gsr cams vs b16

i gotta question for u guru's out there..
i have a ek hatchback civic with a b18a motor with a b16a head...now i have both gsr and p30/pr3 cams...i recently put in a ITR intake cam in it..whats the better exhaust cam to mate it with?? AND WHY??
the (b18c) gsr or b16a??
n.b its a b16a1..so its not one of the newer sir engines...please advise

From what ive heard and read..The gsr cams arnt that much different from the b16 cams. But if have an itr intake cam and u have the gsr cams i would put the gsr exhaust cam in there. The gsr cams prolly have a little bit more duration and lift than the b16 cams.

well you heard wrong. b16 cams are the worst b series vtec cams and even with gsr cams in a stock b16 you will feel a difference.

definately put the gsr cam in, the gsr exhaust cam is almost identical to the ctr cam which is pretty much the same as the itr cam.
