I am getting a B16 cable tranny for my EG in a week. I currently have a GSR tranny now. How big of a difference will I feel? Just wondering cause I am spending some decent cash for the conversion kit and clutch. Hope it is worth it....

Side note I am at about 179whp. Just an FYI.
I hope this is in the right forum. I am all motor, just wondering about different tranny's.

i have a b16a 1st gen connected to a hydraulic b16a 2nd gen tranny. People say to just stick with the hydraulic tranny because its easier on the foot. Hey does your 3rd gear grind? Mine is grinding like crazy.

 

I wouldnt convert to cable, I had a exedy in my 93 gsr and it suck in traffic, why are you changing to b16 from gsr? If you want lower gears you could change the final drive to an Jdm Itr or even lower
