91 Civic Si Swap ?'s

What are some common motor swaps for a 91 civic si i am currently in the process of purchasing one as a daily driver and looking at getting a motor swap for it any suggestions or opinons.

Those are some of the most common swaps into the 88-91 civic/crx

Well, D16a6 (stock) motor is a pretty good performer if you throw a few bucks at it. You'd have $2000 minimum in a swap before I/H/E. For $2000, a D-series will really fly...
