Default rotor no come off

I've done everything needed to get to point of just sliding rotor off. Used impact wrench. The rotor is stuck on there. Is it safe to wack that fckr from behind. Could the lug nut bolts be so rusted that its preventing the rotor to come off. Any advice please would be much abliged

Posting this is a reference. If you look closely there are 2 small holes on your rotor that are not used. Take two 8mm threaded bolt and screw them in. Once you get them in the rotor will pop loose. Works everytime.
