Default Take a look at this TZ

...it was run by RC Koshien in the GP in 2001. Last year won the Australian championship. Was used as a development/testbed for 2002/3 then in 04 was imported to Australia. I know it has ben at Suzuka and qualified top 10. The dash is supposed to show rpm/temp/laps/detonations wonder if it works? Has Brembo's with offsets so almost radial. 2003 YEC kit pipes/cylinders/ignition. Not many like this around, but is it wise to invest chunks of change in what could be an uber paperweight in 30secs flat Its just soo very very tempting. Lets hope the owner says 'no' to the offer

Anyway take a look, its pretty cool either way.

Same here. Worth the trouble though.

I'd love to own a two stroke one day and I think that would suit me just fine

What I know is it has made top 10 in GP. I know that a kit 2001 makes 87HP. So it should make no less. Full works 250's are around 105HP, I would say a top TZ customer bike like this might on a good day make 90HP. 220lbs the same as mine.

If you have IDM viewer it'll open it.

I want a two stroke race bike, I just don't have the time or money to dedicate to it.

That is just so damn impressive. I cannot believe those tiny motors make that much power. I wish I could afford to take up this hobby.

Imagine 105HP and 190lbs, that is what the works Aprillia is running! My 1996 is 76 or so HP and holds onto stock R6's. This thing would be all over them.

you know the two fiddy's just don't hold there value the same as the big bike's, unless she was ridden by someone famous. what happens is they just float down to lower classmen until they have been bastrardized and highsided and picked apart. even shes been in famous races. Looks like the forks have already been changed out, those are usyually the first to go

Nah they're stock 01's. They just have packers in there and the race Brembo's. It isnt a mega bucks bike as it is missing monoblocks, radial legs, GP forks and it hasnt got carbon wheels. BUT it is semi sensible money. It is more than capable of scaring the crap out of me and if it makes 90HP then it will be quick enough to hold top 10 at National level even though I might not I wouldn't want a full on works 250 even if I had the money, which I dont. You have to run $300 pistons and the cranks are very shady. Its not worth it at my level. Just the sight of an LCD dash will have half of them shitting themselves!

Well it best have tetris installed then

The 7 way switch is an ignition map. It gives different curves whixh you can mess with. Although I am sure if you stuck a curve changer on it you could ignore it.

Not trying to bum anyone out... this is a wonderful motorcycle, but it's just a rider. not a museum piece. I would take it in a heart beat if I still weight 160lbs or so ... just ride man, just ride
