First i'm swappin in a d16a6 with a zc trans in a 1990 crx dx dual point and was wondering if a obd1 93 civic dx distributor would work with the motor if not i'll wait till i get a crx si distributor but for now if that doesnt work can i change it over to dual point using the stock distributor and intake manifold thats in my car right now until i change it over to multipoint. thanks

The OBD1 distributor will not work unless you convert to OBD1. Yes you can run the d16a6 as a dpfi engine until you convert to mpfi.

It has been done before without a problem but I wouldn't recommend it. Heck I use a stock PM6 ecu to pass my b16a through emmissions.
