MotoGP is a company that makes motorcycle gear. Their symbol is like two crazy eyes looking angry.
I don't have any personal experience with them, i know a guy that has their jacket, and the jacket looks great, i just don't know how it holds up.

I have that jacket, but in blue. It is absolutely and awesome looking jacket. Good protection as well. I've had it for over 4 months now and it still looks good. I don't know how it holds up in crashes though, i've never been down on it, and i don't plan to anytime soon.

Well they may not be illegal to own, but they are at least illegal to sell there. Its because of the kangaroo leather. If cows were cute and hopped around california would make it illegal to kill them too. Even the kangaroo RAT is illegal to kill in california, its a massive fine. Yeah I dunno, I grew up in california and I love it with all my heart but it is deffinatly quirky sometimes.

looks like they're trying to change it.
Also I stand corrected, you can buy it online:
"With the current budget crisis, retailers in the Central Valley and California are losing out on revenue that would be better off remaining in this state," stated Parra. "It is not illegal for California residents to purchase kangaroo products outside of California so many do so over the internet and by mail order catalogs, spending their dollars in other states."

motoGP stuff is made by a company called Berik. I know/have seen a total of 4 people wreck in the full roo suits; held up very well. One of my friends has eaten it on the track about 3 times so far and the suits still doing well.

There suits are nothing like the street versions. Same goes for anyone on an AMA factory support team or better. I've seen the Jordan motorsports suits from this year up close many times and they are unbelievable in quality and material.

I've contemplated about getting a motogp roo' suit because they do seem to hold up well and are very light weight. The only issues I've heard of with roo' is that due to its thickness sweat tends to work it's way through it faster and try to ruin the elasticity and durability of the leather.
