update: i checked out the intercooler on the drag site (link->http://www.dragturbokits.com/) the KIT this IC comes in supports 450hp.

its 26.5" long from end tank to end tank, 31" total, 6.5" tall, 2.5" deep, the in/outlets are 2.5"

I have that same intercooler and it's a Drag Generation III Intercooler.
The inlet is 2" and outlet is 2.5"
all drag generation III intercooler I've known are like this.
It's a Spearco core so you can call it a Spearco Intercooler...

do you have pictures of the other side of the intercooler and its it 2.0 and 2.5 inch outlets could one does look small then the other

is that the front side or the back side? i would like to seee the other side if it is mess up or the fins are bent or just to see how it looks.

heres the other side, its in good shape, any intercooler thats not brand new will have a few bent fins, nothing a flat-head screw driver won't easily straight out
