my silver 2000 civic ex got broken into last night in baldwin in nassau county. i went to my car early this morning to go to school, and i see my door open, and i knew what happened. they took my kenwood deck, and some cash outa my glovebox, they took my two 10"sony xplod subs in an enclosure, they took my intake out from under my hood, i had headers and a full exhaust in my trunk that i got yesterday and was going to put them on this weekend. they also took a gauge pod i had that was in my trunk. i think it was an amature cuz idk why they just didnt take the car. i called the cops nd they just filed a report. if anyone hears anything about this, can you please let me kno

it's happened to a lot of us, just have insurance take care of you and take the necessary precautions so it doesn't happen again (don't leave anything in the car and remove the face for your stereo if you can)

man, that sucks bro, i got broken into a little while back, because i guess they thought i had subs or something (my hatch cover was on) so they cracked my window, didnt find subs, then just left. my radar and head unit were just sitting there too. my friends altima right next to mine on the other hand got his amp/subs/headunit/radar/CDs/carton of cigs all jacked. so i got really lucky..... but a month or two later, my radar and shiftknob got jacked right in front of my house, in broad daylight. so i guess i wasn't so lucky. boo thieves.

 

theres a body shop on my corner that specializes in hondas/acuras. the breakin was clean and everything was taken clean, im thinkin they might have just walked down the block from the shop, cuz they have tools there and are expierneced with the car, im gunna go there today and ask them if they kno where i can get some parts( like for my parts that got stolen) anfd a guy on my block sells drugs and theres always drtbags on my block cuz of that, im gunna go over there soon and ask him about some of his customers

 

another update, the guys house i parked infront of just moved in like a few months ago, so today when he was at work i went to his house, no1 answered so i walk around to his back yard and there was a few sets of rims, so that makes me wonder, idk if i should ask the guy about it, or just wait till he goes back to work, and go into his garage with some of my boys

how did you fit a 'full exhaust' and a header in your trunk if you had 2 10" subs in a box(which was likely also in your trunk)? is your car, like, extendable? i know for a fact that i wouldn't be able to fit a single portion of my apex'i WS exhaust in the 'trunk' of my civ(well, maybe the muff section). just thought i'd ask.

get an good alarm so you can stop those car stereo thieves

it comes in pieces, ther were 3 separate pipes, but you should have seen my trunk it was filled to the max, like it took me 10 minutes to get it to all fit like a puzzle

nah, they went under the hood and took my intake off, good thing i saved the stock one

 

thats hella shitty...

 

get a good alarm on mine i got a shock sensor and a proximity sensor in case i leave my targa top off at night in my house plus a paging remote, 2 sirens one under hood one under rear bumper, 4 piezo sirens suposly pushing 102db each, inside the car, trust me being inside sucks, i work for bestbuy so everything was only like under 300 installed by me, **** the alarm by its self its 500 installed , its saved a bunch of times,one day at wal mart it went off i was checking out and it paged me, i just found the hook trough my window
