HERES THE INFO
you have a 97 EX and its obd2a
you have a 98 ITR and its obd2a
your VERY LUCKY
96-99 integra is obd2a, 00-01 integra is obd2b
96-98 civic is obd2a, 99-00 civic is obd2b
see the difference?
wiring would not be a problem, just plug your single cam EX harness onto the ITR motor and your good. you just have to extend your crank sensor plug and o2 sensor plug. not a problem at ALL.
if you got the whole car, use everything from it (these guys^^^^ up there dont know what theyre talkin about.. halfshaft???). take the axles, halfshaft, ecu. take the 5lug too. all you need for this motor swap is SI mounts(2 main ones) and SI shift linkage. the ITR p73 ecu will bolt directly onto your EX harness, you can try it right now, see how it runs.
i have a 97 like you. so i know what im talkin bout. let me know if you get stuck

'97-'98 ITR's don't have IMM in the ECU. '00-'01 are the ones with the IMM.

hypothetical question, what if it was a ob2a non vtec ek, would a obd2a ls motor work as plug and play like above mentioned? sorry dont mean to hijack.
