Hey guys looking for some useful information here on this if anyone can help me. Im not a newbie so yes I did search but didnt find the info I was looking for.

I am putting a set of JDM ITR rear seats into my hatch. I have already finished the Upper Seat Backs by swaping the EK frames onto the ITR seats so that it bolts up perfectly fully functional and doesnt ruin the integrity or the car.

My next step is putting the Lower Seat Bench in. I have seen many people just kind of place the ITR seat in and have huge gaps on each side and between the bench and the backs. I have also read that some people have kind of fixed this by putting foam or towels underneath the bench to raise it up to eliminate the gap between the bench and the seat backs. Then put black carpet stuffed in the gaps on the side.

Although those may work and get you by kinda thing I would really like to re-wrap my EK bench foam with the Skin of the JDM ITR. I have heard of a couple people doing it and streching it over. But I was wondering how hard it is to do, if there is anything you have to cut out of the foam so it doesnt over stretch the skin and tear it or make it look bunchy. Just basically if anyone has done it how exactly you went about doing it.
