Default HELP: Hesitation at VTEC transition

Transition at 4900 rpm on B18C1.
I tuned it with uberdata, I set the transition where fuel delivery matches. Dunno about timing.

Which one of these possible causes do you vote for?
- Tuning
- VTEC not engaging properly (vtec solenoid or oil pressure)
- T3 is too small (60 trim)

Any takers? Thanks!

Make sure that you are holding a steady AFR at the transition point and that timing isnt that far off either.
