At last something to brighten up the work day....
Just got a call from a BSB team, am off to help out as they have 5 riders competing in the same class. Gong to be a bit of a head wrecker having to put these things together will have to revise all the torque settings and try to convince the regulars I know what I am doing
Will be cool to be up there with the factory teams, really enjoyed it the last time and that was running with a really small outfit. This time a proper truck, datalogging and some wins. Last time out this team had the fastest bikes out there, quicker than the factory ones.
Today is a good day after all.

It brightens up yourrrrrrr work day... but when I compare your workday to mine...it just makes mine suck even more. Seriously though, that's awesome
to you.

At least you have a watercooler.
Even though I wont worry whilst I am there the thought of pulling the bike to bits and setting up the engine, then strapping on some rider you have never met before is a bit daunting. If its your own *** on the seat its easier, know what I mean?
Cheers

Yeah but you dont' get a call from a BSB team unless you know your chit...right? Have confidence in your ability to do what you do.

Its a two stroke so I am used to them a little. Its just the proceedures are different, like the grid work and pit lane rules. At club level you just rock up with a wife beater and a can of stella. If I ever have a pit board it will usually have something like 'dick -1' hung on it, end of the day its more of a laugh. Looking forward to it though, will be a good chance to get to grips with the software for the ignition which I have never used before.
