Default what to expect Clutchmasters fx300?

the car is an 88 crx hf with B16 turbo.

i'm going from a badly slipping stock clutch to a CM fx300.

is this clutch relatively streetable??

how is the pedal pressure and engagement also?

anyone using this clutch?

I have sold and installed many FX300 clutches with good luck, maostly 350whp cars and the clutch feels very much like stock. The pedal is very light and if it's broken right will be sliky smooth.

awesome clutch. ive got one in my ls/vtec rex and its silky smooth (although traffic does suck) ive driven a lot harsher clutches that grabbed basically the same. i think this is the ultimate clutch as far as drivability vs. grabbing force, but lets just see how it rolls once i throw another 150 tq. at it (going turbo soon) anyways good luck with whatever you get, but like i say i highly recommend this CM clutch...

I know I wouldn't be able to resist, if someone pulled up beside me.

i drove the CM stage 3 for over a year with 230ish hp and 170 lb-ft of torque, and now i have 300hp and 200lb-ft of torque and she's still holding up, with countless trips to the local flashlight drags

pedal feel is lighter than stock, but the pressure is consistant the whole way down instead of getting lighter like the stock unit does. just make sure you aren't sleeping though cuz it will grab pretty fast once it starts

the fx300 is being installed now, although i did all the other work, I got a real good price for clutch and labor and opted out installing it myself this time.

Oh, and from what I read it should easily handle the extra 150 tq. and BTW you are gonna **** yourself at the big difference in the butt dyno once you get boosted.
