Hella Customer Service Position
Posting this on a request from a buddy of mine at Hella Motorsports Lighting:
We currently are seeking a customer service agent, whose's main
responsibility would be consumer calls.
The key duties of this position are outlined below:
-Field consumer calls
-Administer warranty resolution
-Provide technical assistance
-Cross referencing products
-Handle information and catalog requests
In addition to the main responsibilities, some additional direct account
customer service will be added after training is complete. Duties out
lined below:
-Orders - preperation, tracking status, trace shipments, assist with
mis-shipments
-Implement forecasts and agreements
-Handle RGAs and Returns
-Advise purchasing of products that have to be packaged in order to fill
backorders and rush orders
-Update customer master files
-Begin credit application process
-Handle special requests (ie samples)
-Ensure original orders are filled
-Attend trade shows, customer events, and seminars when applicable
-Assist product management with new product research at direction from
manager
-Provide cover for other CS agents
-Process customer issues (short ships, invoicing issues, etc.)
-Prepare and submit
-Update shipping instructions
-Assist customs brokers with proforma invoices and NAFTA Certificates
-Assist in customer service roll as needed
As it was told to me, this is a good entry-level position into Hella's Motorsport Lighting division. The job requires someone with some mechanical skill and an automotive background, as there is a significant amount of problem solving involved when helping the teams with their needs. I "think" there is some hands-on work involved, but the majority of the job is handling the customers.
The last couple of people to hold this position have moved up in the company, so it is definitely a position with some mobility.
Let me know if any of you guys are interested, and I will provide contact information.
edit because I am retarded The job is at the Peachtree City (Atlanta Metro) location.
