At the moment I have a great chance to pick up a 04 RSX Type-S motor with only 32k miles on it for my car for a great price from a pal. I've bought motor mounts but do not completely understand how to install the tranny and shift lingage for a good fit. Also there is a small bit of confusion with wiring because I have stumbled into electrical problems before when swapping.
Also my Integra is RHD and I am concerned about the power steering because all K series swaps I have seen, the motor is mounted very close to the left (front view) and very close to the firewall. I want to keep p/s and a/c since I can only keep keep one car at the moment and need this to be a reliable daily driver.
I do understand the basics but cannot really get a fixed picture in my head. I did help a friend install a K24 into his Civic coupe and I was not as hard mainly because that would be his track car and has no firewall, no a/c and other necessities of a daily driver (no interior, no radio, only 1 seat, cage) and is LHD.
I am really trying to make this work so give me some help
TIA

I dont think there should be much of a difference with USDM engine bays and JDM bays. It is a full SIR-G front clip that was mounted to my Integra. I bought the car wrecked but selling the motor and other small things are helping me fund for the new motor and other goodies.
