do ap1 (s2000) rails fit or bolt on the ek chassis? just wanting to know i cuz got a good deal on authentic bride brix 2 w/ ap1 rails... want to know before i purchase them...

No... If your getting a good deal on the Bride's, then just buy some Bride rails that fit the Ek.
Edit: And sell the S2000 ones and you will break even
